Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you have read the documentation related to the product. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.
Additionally, you may also use the search feature on our Forum to look up for possibly similar questions that you have in mind.

Even though ThemeForest does not require Authors/Seller to provide support, but we want everyone to be happy and satisfied using our products. We think that by purchasing meaning you are supporting our works, so why not us support you as well.
Support is free and open for public. Only support for premium items is offered to verified customers. Queries made by email, tweet or any other method will be redirected back to the forum.
